General Injury Triage

Peace of mind and guidance is often all that is needed to successfully manage a recent injury or an ongoing ache or niggle. By offering a 20 minute one off triage with no treatment you get the reassurance you need to deal with your symptoms yourself and return to your normal day-to-day activities as quickly as possible.

£30 for 20 minutes; includes full assessment from an experienced physiotherapist or chiropractor and then advice on self-management

Physio Assessment

Essential for significant injuries and severe pain or long term conditions this session allows us to really get to the issues that contribute to your pain and problems and begin the process of managing them in the long term.

£50 for 40 mins; includes asssessment and treatment such as massage, mobilisations, manipulations, taping as well as advice and exercise prescription.

Physio Treatment

Prior to booking a treatment session you MUST have attended an assessment (above). The treatments will have been discussed and decided in your assessment and form the backbone of the session to help you get moving normally again and reduce your pain.

£40 for 30 minutes; treatments as above

Neuro physio

This is a session with a highly specialised physiotherapist to help you manage your neurological condition. These include MS, Parkinsons, stroke and others. The sessions give you the tools to improve your function, mobility, exercise tolerance and work you to set goals and move forward.

£120 – sessions last between 60 and 80 minutes

Massage

We understand that functioning well does not necessarily mean waiting until injured to introduce self-help strategies and therapy. Massage helps with pain relief, digestive funtion, inflammation, fatigue, headaches, insomnia and a whole host of other things. Massage may well be recommended by your assessing practitioner and form part of the long-term management of your condition.

Not all therapist do all the sessions and session time allows for a chat, prep and clean up – normally about 5 minutes. Each session is tailored to suit your requirements each time.

Chiro Assessment

Chiropractic is really helpful to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries, particularly neck and back pain.

£50 for 30 mins. Will include an initial treatment

Chiro Treatment

Many conditions benefit from a course of regular treatment. You will be advised this at your assessment.

£40 for 20mins.

Acupuncture

Dan has been an acupuncturist for over 10 years and it is really effective for a wide range of conditions as well as being one of the finest ways to relieve pain available.

Especially useful for chronic pain or can also help with anxiety, stress, insomnia, inflammation, fatigue and more.

In these sessions acupuncture is the mainstay of treatment but might also include complimentary adjuncts such as cupping, massage and electro-acupuncture (similar to moxibustion).

£60 for up to 45 mins; assessment or treatment.

Extended Treatment

This session is normally used if you feel you need extra time and will have been discussed with your assessing practitioner. It is a deliberately slow-paced session to allow a gentle but thorough approach and may combine many different modalities including massage, adjustments, acupuncture, cupping, etc. These sessions are best booked for the evenings. These are especially beneficial for chronic pain patients and those with neurological disorders.

£90 for one and a half hours; tailored to suit your requirements each time.
